Great West Asphalt's Parking Lot Renovation for Carson City's Community Wellness Center

Upon assessing the area, it was clear that the parking lot had seen better days.

Cracks, potholes, and uneven surfaces were all too common. But where some may have seen a daunting task, we saw an opportunity to make a difference.

Our first step was to prepare the area for repaving. This involved meticulously removing the existing asphalt, addressing any underlying issues, and ensuring proper grading for water drainage. With the groundwork laid, we moved on to the next phase: asphalt application.

The application process was a carefully coordinated effort. We began by laying down a sturdy base layer of asphalt, followed by a wearing course to provide a smooth, durable surface. Once the asphalt was in place, our team used heavy rollers to ensure proper compaction, resulting in a seamless finish that would stand the test of time.

But our commitment didn’t stop there. We took pride in going above and beyond for the Community Wellness Center. In addition to repaving the parking lot, we also provided striping and marking services to ensure optimal traffic flow and safety for visitors.
